ArmorWorks Enterprises Names Brad Pedersen CEO
With Market Position Re-Established Since Recapitalization, New Leadership Aims to Leverage Recent Contract Wins and Continue Momentum
PHOENIX, Aug. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ArmorWorks Enterprises, LLC ("ArmorWorks"), a leading designer and manufacturer of high-tech military survivability products, today announced the appointment of Brad Pedersen as the company's new Chief Executive Officer.
Angus Littlejohn, CEO of Littlejohn Capital, LLC which recapitalized ArmorWorks in 2014, said, "Brad has the combined skills as an engineer and business leader to help transform ArmorWorks and build on the company's momentum following its recent winning of several large and exciting contracts. During his successful career Brad has developed proven leadership skills and we look forward to working with him as we implement new initiatives that will utilize ArmorWorks' technology-edge to drive new military and commercial applications."
Mr. Pedersen replaces William Perciballi, founder and CEO of ArmorWorks for the last 20 years. Mr. Perciballi remains a significant shareholder of the company and will serve as Vice Chairman where he will assist with strategy, technical direction, and product development.

Mr. Pedersen has extensive experience with over 10 years of President/CEO leadership positions at both public and private companies. Mr. Pedersen joins ArmorWorks from Breeze-Eastern, the leading designer and manufacturer of helicopter hoists, where he served as President and CEO since 2012. During that period, he helped lead the company's organizational restructuring and successfully grew sales and profitability. Prior to that he was President of Airborne Systems Inc., a multi-national developer and manufacturer of military parachutes and related aerospace products, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and later President. He also spent six years at Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., most recently as Director of M&A, and in senior leadership positions at Boeing, where he began his career in 1983. He received a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering Technology, and an MBA from Arizona State University.
