Armory Capital Group, LLC Delivers Notice of Acceleration to Trustee of Sidewinder Drilling, Inc.'s Senior Unsecured Notes

LOS ANGELES, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Armory Capital Group, LLC ("Armory Capital Group"), representing a group holding greater than 25% of the outstanding Senior Unsecured Notes (the "Notes") issued by Sidewinder Drilling, Inc. ("Sidewinder"), today announced that it had notified the trustee and Sidewinder through its counsel on April 19, 2016 that the trustee should, within 10 days, revoke its consent to the removal of covenants previously provided in connection with Sidewinder's recently announced transaction involving certain holders of the Notes, and declare, as a result of the transaction, an acceleration of the Notes.
