Armstrong International Expands Product Offering with the Acquisition of Leslie Controls Industrial Control Valve and Heater Lines

THREE RIVERS, Mich., Oct. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Armstrong International, a global leader in efficient thermal energy solutions, recently announced the strategic acquisition of Leslie Controls, a manufacturer of industrial pumps, water heaters, control systems and steam regulators. The acquisition will include Leslie's wide range of control valves (excluding the U.S. Military Marine market) and steam water heaters. This strategic acquisition expands Armstrong's customer base and water heater offering, while driving global growth into the power and process market. The acquisition was completed during Q3 of 2021.

Armstrong will offer the Leslie Controls Industrial brands, including AEROFLOW, DBOY, DLO, ID- SERIES, K-MAX Control Valves, and the Leslie Constantemp Steam Water Heater lines via the Leslie Controls legacy global channel network.
