ATLANTA, Nov. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Republican Art Gardner, a candidate for the United States Senate from Georgia, has announced the launch of his campaign website. Art Gardner expects this cutting-edge website to engage mainstream voters and play a key role in his campaign.
The website is designed to reflect Gardner's contemporary message: a detailed plan to solve the budget crisis, social tolerance and bi-partisanship. The new website, www.GardnerSenate.com, interactively encourages voters to explore Gardner's political platform.
"We are very excited about the new website and the site's ability to reach a broad audience. The website's detailed messaging and engaging nature will allow us to reach vast swaths of voters -- voters who are unlikely to be swayed by countless attack ads and robo-calls. The internet, social media and the like are the keys to modern political campaigns and we are right there with this website," stated Gardner.
Gardner launched his campaign in early October as the 8th GOP candidate for the Senate seat being vacated by Senator Saxby Chambliss. Since then, Gardner has been gaining momentum and support, some of which has come from students attending Georgia's colleges and universities. "Many of the current policies will hurt the younger generation down the road. I believe my budget plan and social tolerance will resonate with the younger generation and will provide them with a better future," said Gardner.
For the last 40 years Art Gardner has worked in private enterprise: the last 25 years as an intellectual property lawyer, 5 years as an engineer and the first 10 years as an automobile mechanic. After Art worked his way through Georgia Tech, he went to work for Lockheed as a manufacturing engineer in Marietta, Georgia. A lawyer since 1988, in 1995 he founded the intellectual property law firm of Gardner Groff Greenwald & Villanueva. He received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State. He is a former Boy Scout Leader and has been active in the Georgia Bar. Art and his wife Anita have two adult sons and a daughter in college. They reside in Marietta.
