• SAML SSO 2.0 support as an alternative user authentication method to the existing username and password option.
• Custom customer reference fields now available via a dropdown that can be applied to one, multiple or all selected citations.
• Customization options for color, logos, web call-to-action (CTA) buttons, and 'Get Help' links.
