(NASDAQ: ARTW) announces that Art's Way Scientific Inc.'s President Dan Palmer attended the Food Safety Summit (www.FoodSafetySummit.com) in Baltimore, Maryland from Monday, April 27 – Thursday, April 30, 2015.  Over 1,200 food safety professionals from around the world convened to discuss the most pressing issues facing the food industry including Food Fraud, the Food Safety Modernization Act and the Integration of the Nation's Food Safety Systems.  Selected exhibitors were offered the opportunity to speak about their product in the Exhibitor Showcase Theater, as a chance for attendees to hear from subject matter experts about the newest solutions and technologies in food safety and security.  Art's Way Scientific, Inc.'s President Dan Palmer was one of the presenters discussing Modular Food Safety Laboratories – A Temporary or Permanent Solution.
