(ASTV), a direct response marketing company and owner of the website "AsSeenOnTV.com," announced today that it has signed an endorsement agreement with Holly Madison. Holly Madison has agreed to act as spokesperson in and on advertisements and appear on live television shopping channels to promote and sell As Seen On TV product(s).  The Company will be announcing new product collaboration(s) over the next several months.

As Seen On TV, Inc. and Holly Madison plan to develop, market and sell consumer-oriented product(s). As Seen On TV, Inc. intends to develop video promotional vehicles, market the product(s) on live television shopping channels and distribute the products through e-commerce websites and retail.
