Asep Inc. Undertakes Final Steps Toward NASDAQ Listing

The Company has engaged New York-based law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP to take the lead with the preparation of the NASDAQ F-1 registration statement and to handle communications with the NASDAQ exchange.  Clark Wilson LLP continues to act as Canadian legal counsel.  Manning Elliott LLP is engaged as U.S. and Canadian auditors for the Company.  As previously announced, Asep Inc. has also signed an agreement with a leading New York-based investment bank, Aegis Capital Corporation, in connection with the listing process.

Sepset Biosciences Inc. ABT Innovations Inc.'s (abtinnovations.ca) peptide technology covers a broad range of therapeutic applications, including bacterial biofilm infections (dental, wound, sinusitis, skin, medical device infections, chronic infections, lung, bladder, ear-nose and throat, orthopaedic, etc.), anti-inflammatories, anti-infective immune-modulators and vaccine adjuvants.
