ASG Selected to Provide Retail Advice and Management Oversight for Downtown Markham

COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Asset Strategies Group, LLC (ASG) announces it has been selected by The Remington Group and Clear Bay Consulting to provide strategic advice and asset management services for its Downtown Markham project.

Downtown Markham is a 250 acre mixed-use development that will be the downtown center for Markham, Ontario. Markham is recognized as the high tech capital of Canada and is situated within the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto GTA).  The site will incorporate high density design principles capitalizing on a major regional transit hub that will service high speed rail, light rail and bus systems that connect Markham both to downtown Toronto and surrounding regional and suburban developments.

When fully developed over the next decade, the site will include over 4 million square feet of office, more than 20,000 high density housing units, significant hotel and conference center space, and over one million sq ft of retail, restaurant and other lifestyle components.
