Ashford Prime Declares Dividend for Second Quarter of 2014

DALLAS, June 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (NYSE: AHP) ("Ashford Prime" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per diluted share for the Company's common stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2014.  The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $0.20 per share, is payable on July 15, 2014, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2014. 

Ashford Hospitality Prime is a conservatively capitalized real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on investing in high RevPAR full-service and urban select-service hotels and resorts located predominantly in domestic and international gateway markets.
