NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Braxton Condominiums, an Ashland City development offering million-dollar views for cents on the dollar, is nearly sold out, new owner says.

The Braxton's towers rise 10 stories above the Cumberland River Valley of Cheatham County. The $70 million community built in 2007 became one of the area's most talked-about projects.
