(ADMI), a dental services organization that provides non-clinical business services to more than 380 independent dental practices in 25 states, today announced that Thomas McNerney has joined the company as vice president of human resources for field operations, while Scott Dickinson, DMD, has been promoted to vice president of clinical services.

A seasoned human resource executive with 13 years of experience encompassing all HR disciplines, McNerney will support the needs of the Aspen Dental network of dentist-owned and operated locations and focus on recruitment strategies to support the organization's continued growth. Most recently, he served as executive director of stores, human resources at Lord & Taylor.
Dr. Dickinson has been with ADMI since 2011, serving as a liaison to the more than 500 dentists and specialists who practice in Aspen Dental offices across the U.S. His dental career includes serving as a general dental officer in the U.S. Army and owning his own dental practice prior to joining Aspen. Dr. Dickinson is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
ADMI welcomed four new members to its senior leadership team in 2012: Patti Betzendorfer, chief human resources officer; Mark Censoprano, chief marketing officer; Tim North, senior VP of operations; and Mark Weisberger, chief legal officer.
