Network of over 500 Mergers and Acquisitions Professionals Elects New Leadership to Continue Marked Growth of Chapter
ATLANTA, June 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ACG Atlanta, the Atlanta Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth, a global professional organization focused on middle-market growth, investment and mergers and acquisitions, announced today that Daniel H. Bauer, Chief Financial Officer of CardioMEMS, will become the Chapter's new President, effective July 1. Additionally, ACG Atlanta has elected the following Chapter Officers for 2013 - 2014:

Greg Cinnamon, a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend who has led ACG Atlanta over the last two years, will continue his service to the chapter in the role of Immediate Past President, a Chapter Officer position.
