AST Fund Solutions Hires Richard Eaton as Senior Vice President

NEW YORK, June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AST Fund Solutions, LLC, an affiliate of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (AST), and provider of a complete suite of shareholder communication and recordkeeping services for mutual funds, closed-end funds and business development companies, announced today that Richard Eaton has joined the organization as Senior Vice President. Richard will play an integral role on the AST Fund Solutions project management team and brings a vast amount of experience to the group.

With over 15 years of experience in the business, Richard most recently served as Vice President of Proxy Services at Boston Financial Data Services where he had oversight of the project management, operational, and call center teams. While at Boston Financial he worked on high profile campaigns for T. Rowe Price, Russell Investments, and The Hartford Funds. Prior to Boston Financial, Richard was a Vice President with D.F. King & Co., Inc. (now part of AST Fund Solutions). Previously, Richard was with the Colbent Corporation where he worked with D.F. King providing proxy system enhancements, data conversion, tabulation and reporting services. Richard also held business analyst positions with Computershare and Fidelity Investments.
