Astoria Bank Announces Its Lead Sponsorship of July 4th Fireworks at Jones Beach
Resurgence of a Long Island tradition expected to draw more than 100,000 spectators
LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Astoria Bank today announced it will be the lead sponsor for the Fourth of July Fireworks celebration at Jones Beach – officially titled Astoria Bank July 4th Fireworks at Jones Beach – which will be held this year for the first time since 2009. This will mark the return of a long-standing tradition for Long Islanders and visitors from throughout the New York Metropolitan region.

The event will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015, beginning at 9:30 p.m. Music during the colorful and patriotic show will be simulcast by WALK 97.5-FM and K98.3-FM.
