Astronomer Secures $93 Million Series D Funding to Deliver Unified DataOps Platform for Enterprise AI

Financing led by Bain Capital Ventures, alongside Salesforce Ventures and all existing investors, with Bosch Ventures seeking to participate, will drive global expansion and accelerate R&D

NEW YORK, May 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Astronomer, the company behind Astro, the leading unified DataOps platform powered by Apache Airflow®, today announced it has secured $93 million in Series D funding led by Bain Capital Ventures, alongside Salesforce Ventures and existing investors including Insight, Meritech, and Venrock, with Bosch Ventures seeking to participate. Astronomer will use the funding to expedite research and development, and to strategically expand the company's international presence.
