Atento Appoints Lynn Antipas Tyson Vice President of Investor Relations
NEW YORK, July 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynn Antipas Tyson has joined Atento (NYSE: ATTO), a leading provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services worldwide, as Vice President of Investor Relations.
Ms. Tyson is responsible for communicating Atento's strategy, growth prospects, operating effectiveness and financial performance to investors and analysts around the globe, as well as assuring that the company and its leaders have a clear view to the motivations and sentiments of those investors.
Based in New York, Ms. Tyson reports to Mauricio Montilha, Atento's Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Tyson has nearly three decades of finance and strategic communications experience, with senior roles at leading publicly traded companies. Her 13 years at PepsiCo Inc. included positions in treasury, capital markets, international corporate finance and, ultimately, as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations. She was responsible for investor relations on behalf of YUM! Brands Inc. during and after its spin-off from PepsiCo.
Ms. Tyson spent 10 years at Dell Inc., where she led both investor relations and global corporate communications. Prior to Atento, Tyson was Vice President, Investor Relations, at CHC Helicopters, playing a leadership role in the company's initial public offering of ordinary shares and building the company's investor relations program. Tyson also served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, for AECOM.
Ms. Tyson holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the City College of New York and an MBA in Finance and International business from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), serving as a board member from 2004-2008.
