Merger Brings Together Two Significant Philadelphia-based Real Estate Services Companies
PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Athenian Properties and Razak Company are pleased to announce a merger, effective November 17, 2011, to form AthenianRazak, a real estate services company that consults on, creates, and manages real property.
The merger represents the joining of two successful Philadelphia-based real estate companies—Athenian Properties, founded by Jacqueline Buhn in 2001 and Razak Company, founded by Alan Razak in 2003—that have collaborated on many joint projects. AthenianRazak, a woman-owned business, will be led by Ms. Buhn as Principal & CEO and Mr. Razak as Principal.
