WASHINGTON, May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- AtSite and client, Adventist HealthCare, teamed to participate in managing a Rebuilding Together Montgomery County, MD project.
Over 60 volunteers gave their time and service to help renovate and repair the home of a resident of Silver Spring who was in need of home improvement. AtSite assisted in providing construction and general maintenance to the home of a 62-year-old man suffering from Parkinson's disease. The volunteer renovation work included sprucing up his yard, fixing rain gutters, as well as repairing the porch, doors and ceilings.
"Working with Rebuilding Together in cooperation with Adventist HealthCare was a great experience. Our team was able to accomplish a long list of improvements with the outstanding volunteer turnout and definitely look forward to working with RTMC in the future," stated Derek Watson, AtSite team member and House Captain.
