Attensity's research for USA Today drew from more than 800,000 messages posted to Twitter in the past week. The analysis measured positive sentiment and the share of "voice", or volume of conversations, for each candidate. The reports include sentiment scores that change in real time as social media users post comments about each candidate, and show detailed ratings on the candidate's performance on issues such as the economy, unemployment, the national debt, healthcare and national security.
