Company Obtains Active Status and Files Certificate of Amendment

MEMPHIS, Tenn., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (OTC Markets: ATWT), a US-based child safety company, today announced that it filed its annual report with the State of Nevada, and received its Certificate of Good Standing, valid through February 28, 2013.

The Company also updated all corporate information with its Nevada registered agent, Incorp Services, Inc., located at 2360 Corporate Circle, Suite 400, Henderson, NV 89074.  Both changes went effective on March 19.

The Company then filed an amendment to its certificate of incorporation on April 5, and increased its capitalization by 1,000,000,000 common shares and 100,000 preferred shares so that it could consider additional forms of corporate financing and potential acquisitions.  Prior to the amendment, the Company last issued shares in September 2009.
