AudioEye Provides Intellectual Property Update

(OTCBB: AEYE), the creators of the Audio Internet™, the patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology, announced today it has completed the deployment of a range of systematic invention and IP strengthening methods in preparation for an expanded IP effort. AudioEye's strategic Intellectual Property (IP) expansion project and IP monetization effort will be focused on accelerating the expansion of AudioEye's growing IP portfolio.  AudioEye will now begin to execute its strategic plan through an internal invention process that will expand its IP holdings with an eye towards adjacent IP acquisition, licensing and portfolio monetization.

AudioEye's internal IP development activities yielded issuances on October 23, 2012 of U.S. Patent #8,296,150 "System and Method for Audio Content Navigation" and on September 4, 2012 U.S. Patent #8,260,616 "System and Method for Audio Content Generation." The company has studied the resulting claims and their market impact and has filed the international counterparts of these issuances. The company believes, based on 3^rd party data and professional consultation, that its already issued patents have significant value as a barrier to entry for AudioEye's competitors.
