As former Director of Operations at Kashi, General Manager at Hain-Celestial, and Operations Director at Annie's, Mr. Haas is an established insider to the Natural Foods industry with more than 20 years of leadership experience in high growth natural and organic brands. Mr. Haas keeps a close watch on emerging brands and key trends as Managing Partner at The Helmsman Group. In this capacity, Mr. Haas will often take a long-term interim C-Level assignment as mentor to founder or advisor to the board to facilitate rapid expansion of high-growth brands. Mr. Haas has led efforts to accelerate emerging natural foods brands in critical categories such as: bakery, snacks, cold-press beverages, gluten-free and free-from top 8 allergens. In addition to his advisory role, Mr. Haas serves on the board for the Education Research Institute, a non-profit affiliate of the North West Food Processors Association.
