AuraSound Announces Changes to Executive Team

SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- AuraSound, Inc. (OTC BB: ARUZ.OB) today announced several additions and changes to the company's executive team.

Mr. Andreas Morr has joined the company as Vice President of Operations effective immediately. Mr. Morr has 19 years international experience building value for Fortune 500 companies in the consumer products market segment, and has held global senior operations and manufacturing positions at Nokia, Flextronics, and Tyco Electronics. In a related announcement Mr. Henry Cheng has been named Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Cheng was previously AuraSound Vice President of Operations, and has extensive engineering leadership experience including as Senior Engineering Director at Flextronics.

Mr. Randy Waynick has been named Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Mr. Waynick has 27 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a consistent track record of creating strategies, forming alliances, and growing sales & profits. He joined AuraSound in September 2011 as Vice President of Consumer Products, and previously held senior executive positions at Sony and VIZIO. In a related announcement Mr. Pete Andreyev has been named Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and will continue to serve on AuraSound's Board of Directors.
