Automated Retail Income Development Fund Provides 2nd Quarter Update

CORONA, Calif., July 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AVT, Inc. (OTC Markets: AVTC) (www.autoretail.com), a leading participant in the Automated Retail Income Development Fund, released results of 2^nd Quarter activities.

Automated Retail Income Development (A.R.I.D) is a registered private placement that raises capital from qualified investors to purchase AVT's Automated Kiosks featuring Marley Coffee. 

The kiosks are delivered to regional vending operators throughout the country, who provide installation and day-to-day servicing.  

Recent highlights include an agreement for kiosks at the Marine Base in Quantico.  Four kiosks are installed, with an opportunity for several more placements.

A Preferred Vendor Agreement was reached with Gulf Oil, LLC.  The agreement names Marley Coffee Automated Stores as the exclusive provider of automated coffee for Gulf retailers. Three dealers have already received kiosks, and a significant opportunity exists within Gulf's 2,800 retail locations. 

3^rd Party Vending Operator Relationships:

Beltway Vending is servicing the kiosks at Quantico Marine Base. This major operator has a large and varied client base, which provides additional placement possibilities.

Bluedrop Water manages the Gulf Oil accounts in New England, and has taken delivery of five kiosks.  In addition to Gulf, Bluedrop has installed 2 kiosks in a major Massachusetts hospital. New England is a major coffee market and we anticipate further placements.

Gilly Vending took delivery of one kiosk, which was installed at a large community college.  Gilly will drive growth in south Florida.

Elitevend took delivery of four kiosks.   The first was installed in a Buick Dealership.  The Pacific Northwest gave birth to America's coffee renaissance, and is provides significant growth opportunities.

Answer Group is taking delivery of three kiosks. The first installation is at a major university, and should be the first of many. 

National Coffee Service & Vending is a national brokerage group that represents many coffee labels, including Marley Coffee. NCS&V has agreed to act as a placement agent and develop opportunities across their network.

A.R.I.D is expecting to place another 20-30 kiosks in 3^rd quarter within their network of new operators, and is seeking qualified investors to participate in the profits of these upcoming locations.
