(OTC Markets: AVTC) (www.autoretail.com), a manufacturer of automated retailing systems and technology-infused smart vending machines, announced today that they have received approval on their latest patent claims, which will be incorporated into the company's newest systems. AVT also announced the introduction of a dynamic new system – the Multi-Shopper Plus.

AVT received approval on their patent claims, which cover the use of a multi-media system for controlling vending machines, a touchscreen for item selection and payment information, and an advertisement screen for display of promotional announcements.

The added claims help deepen the power of AVT's patent, which will be licensed to vending manufacturers and operators throughout the nation.

The company is also proud to announce the introduction of the Multi-Shopper Plus, a new type of automated retailing unit that allows for the sale of a wide variety of products from one system. This versatile machine allows items as diverse as refrigerated foods and beverages, and hard line products such as cosmetics, electronics or clothing, all dispensed from one unit.

The first units have already begun shipping and are currently in 15 premier locations of one of the nation's leading health club chains.
