AVT's Industry-Changing Patent Reaffirmed

(OTC Markets: AVTC) (www.autoretail.com), a leader in automated retailing systems and custom vending machines, announced today that their patent on the wireless control of vending machines (U.S. Patent number 8,191,779), has been reexamined and upheld for a second time by the United States Patent Office.

This latest reexamination is highly meaningful because it marks the third time the patent has been examined, and the second time it has been subsequently challenged and upheld. This provides a demonstrably high level of validity to the patent, and makes it immediately both impenetrable and enforceable.

The patent covers the wireless management of vending machines, of which there are over 4,600,000 in the United States.
