Award Winning Technology Company PH2 Solutions Adds New Team Members

NEW YORK, Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PH2 Solutions, inventor and distributor of the award-winning PH2 Validator, today announced the addition of Maryann Keller and Chris Russo to its team.  The announcement was made by Kevin Greene, Chairman of the Board of PH2 Solutions, Inc. and Mark L. Scotland co-founder and CEO since 2004. The company's newest members bring a combined 40 years of automotive and entrepreneurial management experience to the diagnostic technology company.

Maryann Keller, one of the world's leading automotive industry experts, joins PH2 Solutions as a member of its Board of Directors.  Ms. Keller is currently the Managing Director of Maryann Keller & Associates and previously served as the lead auto industry analyst for ING Furman Selz for 14 years.  Prior to ING Furman Selz, Ms. Keller was an auto analyst with Kidder Peabody & Co. and PaineWebber and was ranked as an All-Star analyst 12 times by Institutional Investor magazine.  In addition to PH2 Solutions, Ms. Keller serves on the Boards of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Lee Automotive Group, and DriveTime Group.

Chris Russo, a successful entrepreneur with vast experience in the media and technology industries, joins PH2 Solutions as its CEO. Prior to PH2 Solutions, Mr. Russo was the CEO of Fantasy Sports Ventures, Inc. ("FSV"), a company he founded in 2006 and sold to the USA TODAY Sports Media Group in 2012.  Under Mr. Russo's leadership, FSV became a top 5 online sports property in the U.S., reaching more than 20 million unique users.  Prior to FSV, Mr. Russo held senior executive positions with the National Football League, New Line Cinema and NBC.
