FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 7pm, ArtServe will be hosting a "Fun-Raiser" for GIRL NOTICED.

Providing the entertainment for the evening is award-winning vocalist MARISSA MULDER, returning to South Florida for this special benefit. She will be accompanied by Thomas Regis on piano.

GIRL NOTICED is a Nationwide Mural Project, building & maintaining a world better informed about the positive impact the simple act of "Noticing" a girl has. Lori Pratico, who founded and runs GIRL NOTICED, explained that, "Girl Noticed makes the bold statement that it is a community's responsibility to yield to the greatness in every girl and the goal of this program is to bring attention & awareness to the important role females play in our society." Each community helps select an individual to be recognized in a unique & compelling way. Nominations cover a wide spectrum, ranging from personal struggles to momentous achievements. The girl's image is drawn in charcoal, along with the words "Notice Me," on a large exterior wall. Pratico added, "This benefit concert and auction will help raise funds for us to continue going around the country and noticing girls and offering compelling workshops in their communities.
