AWP Windows And Doors Appoints Ignacio Escobedo As New Vice President Of Manufacturing And Engineering

MIAMI, Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AWP Windows and Doors, the manufacturer of America's first certified impact window, announced this week that Ignacio Escobedo has been appointed as Vice President of Manufacturing and Engineering. Mr. Escobedo will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Craig Speed.

For the 8 years prior to joining AWP, Mr. Escobedo was the Vice President of Manufacturing for CGI Windows & Doors, Inc. and held previous positions leading manufacturing for Motorola's semi-conductor manufacturing operations in Mexico. In addition to an MBA and BS in engineering, Mr. Escobedo is a graduate of Motorola's Latin American Leadership Academy and the Motorola Management Institute and is certified in Lean Manufacturing.
