Axis41 Develops Product for Workfront that Allows Enterprise Work Management Software Company and Adobe Experience Manager to Automatically Sync Assets

Salt Lake City-based digital marketing agency developed a new Workfront integration product that is intended to optimize users' Adobe investment and help creatives streamline their design production processes more efficiently.

Axis41 bridged the capabilities of Adobe and Workfront to allow users of both products to seamlessly link between the two. The AEM integration to Workfront allows for increased productivity and responsiveness. Designers can now maintain a centralized asset repository that is easily accessible, searchable, and alleviates having to toggle between applications.

Axis41 additionally worked to ensure that both applications synchronize files, folders, metadata, comments, changes, and updates so that the most current version of assets are available to stakeholders, allowing for marketing teams to access approved assets and easily update campaigns to changing market conditions. The integration furthermore provides an efficient way for designers to control versions synced to AEM DAM so assets made generally available are the approved, final versions.
