AZ-Tech Radiology Focuses on Neuroradiology

MESA, Ariz., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- AZ-Tech Radiology and Peter E. Weinberg, MD have joined forces to offer Neuroradiology expertise to the greater Phoenix area. Dr. Weinberg is a Fellowship Trained Board Certified Neuroradiology Specialist with extensive academic and private practice background.

Dr. Weinberg received his medical degree from University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison, Wisconsin and completed his residency in Radiology at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. His Fellowship Training in Neuroradiology was at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Barnes Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Weinberg was the Chief of Neuroradiology and the Director of the Neuroradiology Fellowship Program as a full professor in the Department of Radiology and in the Department of Surgery (Neurosurgery) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois for almost 20 years.

As a Neuroradiologist, he specializes in the diagnosis of diseases of the brain, spine, head and neck and vascular system.
