Banfield Pet Hospital® Searches For Most "Twinning" Pet And Owner Pair In The Twin Cities

BLOOMINGTON, Minn., Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Banfield Pet Hospital prepares to see double, celebrating the grand opening of its newest location in Bloomington, Minn., located at 10520 France Ave S., with a Most "Twinning" Pet and Owner Look-A-Like Contest judged by Minnesota Twins Hall of Famer, Kent Hrbek. Pet owners and their doggie doppelgangers are invited to step up to the plate with Hrbek on Saturday, August 23, from 11 a.m. (registration at 10:30 a.m.) to noon, donning their most "twinning" attire for a chance to win a year's worth of free veterinary care through Banfield's Optimum Wellness Plan^® and a pair of Dugout Box* tickets to a Minnesota Twins 2014 season game.

Whether they share the same silky coat or a big wet nose, pet and owner pairs will be judged on how closely they resemble each other. One grand-prize winner will receive a year's worth of free preventive veterinary care through Banfield's Optimum Wellness Plan^® as well as two Dugout Box tickets for a Minnesota Twins 2014 season game. Minneapolis-area pet owners can also enter for a chance to win the same grand prize at Banfield's locations in Minnetonka and Apple Valley, which celebrated their grand openings early this summer.
