Bank of America Senior Vice President, John Ritter, Joins DiscoverReady as Chief Operating Officer

NEW YORK, May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- DiscoverReady LLC, a leading provider of outsourced discovery management and fixed-fee document review services to major companies and their counsel, today announced that John Ritter has joined the company as chief operating officer.  

Ritter is responsible for leading the overall strategic design and execution of DiscoverReady's operations and serving as the firm's senior liaison to clients in the financial services industry. Additionally, Ritter will consult with corporate clients on best practices for in-house electronic discovery strategies and operations and he will be responsible for building out DiscoverReady's enterprise-class discovery outsourcing options for its corporate clients.  Ritter reports to co-founders Steve Harber and Jim Wagner.

Prior to joining DiscoverReady, Ritter was a senior vice president at Bank of America where he managed a large, global team with enterprise-wide responsibility for electronic discovery operations, cyber forensic investigations, information security incident management and systems access operations.  In addition to operational teams, Ritter managed a software development unit that successfully designed and implemented enterprise-class case management and data collection software related to electronic discovery.
