Bare Dermatology has welcomed several highly accomplished providers, each bringing unique expertise, backgrounds, and a shared dedication to patient-centered care:

• Dr. Kimberly Werner Billet, MD, FAAD – A board-certified dermatologist with a remarkable background in medicine, military service, and research. Dr. Billet graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary in Neuroscience before earning her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She trained at Walter Reed and the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium, later providing dermatologic care to U.S. military communities nationwide. Fluent in Korean, she previously served at the DMZ alongside U.S. and Korean forces. Widely published and experienced in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Billet offers personalized, evidence-based care with an eye for aesthetics.
• Dr. Seema Daulat, MD, FAAD – A board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology with advanced training in skin cancer screening and treatment. A graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School, she completed an internship at the University of Washington, followed by a prestigious cutaneous oncology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She later completed dermatology residency at UT Houston/MD Anderson, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. Raised in Dallas, Dr. Daulat is passionate about improving access to dermatologic care locally. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Kutchi, and proficient in Hindi and Gujarati.
• Dr. Jay Patel, MD, PhD – A physician-scientist and dermatologist with deep expertise in translational research and evidence-based care. Dr. Patel earned his MD/PhD from Baylor College of Medicine through the distinguished Medical Scientist Training Program and completed his dermatology residency at UT Southwestern, where he served as Chief Resident and received the Resident Leadership Award. His clinical interests include complex medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and skin cancer care in underserved populations. He is widely published in leading journals and brings a thoughtful, systems-based approach to patient care.
• Nancy Lee, FNP-C – A DFW native and Dermatology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of patient care experience. Nancy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She began her career in neonatal intensive care before transitioning to dermatology and aesthetics in 2019. Known for her personalized, results-driven approach, Nancy has treated high-profile clients, including professional cheerleaders, and local celebrities. She is committed to delivering compassionate, innovative care for patients seeking both medical dermatology services and cosmetic enhancements.
• Heather McFadden, PA-C – A board-certified Physician Assistant with more than a decade of dermatology experience. Heather earned her Master of Physician Associate Studies from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and launched her dermatology career at OU, refining her skills in medical and procedural dermatology. She later completed the prestigious Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
