Baristas Coffee Company Receives Trademark Registration for "Baristas" Brand

SEATTLE, Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. (OTCPK: BCCI) announced that it has been granted and received a trademark certificate for the "Baristas TM" brand and related marketing assets.  The registration was issued on Sept. 25, 2012 registration number 4213149 and the original certificate has been received for "Baristas TM " for the use for and relating to "Drive Through Retail, Specialty Drinks, and Food Items."

The Company plans to aggressively enforce and protect its trademark from "Baristas" being used in any manner as it relates to any competitor or related business.
