Barney & Barney Foundation Makes Grants To California Nonprofits

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Barney & Barney Foundation today announced it has awarded grants to nine nonprofit organizations in San Diego, Orange County and the San Francisco Bay Area following its recent benefit concert at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.

This year's Rock The Foundation event was attended by more than 500 concertgoers and helped raise $150,000 to support organizations in the communities served by Barney & Barney. The Foundation, established in 2009 by Barney & Barney, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC company, has made more than $1.1 million in grants to over 80 nonprofit organizations in California.
