HERNDON, Va., Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Tech 2000, Inc. announced today that Beau Oliver has been named as the company's new Chief Executive Officer and a member of Tech 2000's Board of Directors, both effective November 1, 2017. Mr. Oliver brings a wealth of experience to Tech 2000, having held executive positions with top consulting, software, and professional services companies. Most recently, Mr. Oliver served as Chief Operating Officer for Cipher Systems.

During his time at Cipher Systems, Mr. Oliver led all market-facing operations for the technology and consulting practices. Mr. Oliver spearheaded the expansion of Cipher's global professional services practice, reinvigorating consulting offerings around strategic planning, change management, technology/applications, systems integration, innovation, and competitive analysis.
