Launches Recruitment Service for Employers Seeking Good-looking Staff

Potential employers seeking to hire good-looking staff only need look no further.

Lookist dating community has launched a free business recruitment service, allowing individuals and corporations to browse the community's 750,000 good-looking members and invite suitable candidates for interviews.

Employers are given a branded business profile which will allow them to search the site, cherry-picking candidates. 

They may then approach any members who have stated they are actively looking for employment and are willing to be contacted by potential employers. Members can likewise browse job listings and submit applications directly to potential employers.

In the UK, bridal designer Sassi Holford would consider hiring through the service. "My requirements are so specific, I will consider any worthwhile avenue for recruitment," she explained. "My staff are hired not simply because they are attractive, they have to be excellent performers. Brides want to look beautiful on their wedding day so the whole gown buying experience should build their confidence and make them feel they are entering a glamorous world - they need to put themselves in a mind-set of beauty and well-presented consultants will add to this."
