Beazley Expands Architects & Engineers Team
Robin McNeill brings extensive industry experience to Beazley's strong cadre of A&E underwriters
FARMINGTON, Conn., April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beazley Group (BEZ.L), a leading underwriter of professional liability, management liability and commercial property exposures, has further strengthened its architects & engineers (A&E) professional liability team by recruiting Robin McNeill, a professional with 16 years experience in the A&E market.
Ms McNeill was most recently a vice president with Victor O. Schinnerer & Company, Inc., the underwriting manager for CNA's professional liability program. While at Schinnerer, she successfully managed a staff of 20 and was responsible for more than $100m in A&E business, comprising 4,000 accounts ranging from $500,000 to $20m in billings -- the largest segment of the firm's A&E book.

Ms McNeill began her insurance career in 1993 as a personal lines insurance agent and then moved to the small commercial arena, concentrating on professional liability insurance for architects and engineers.

Based in Washington, DC, Ms McNeill joins an A&E team at Beazley that now encompasses 23 claims, underwriting and risk management professionals operating out of the United States and London.
