Third-generation ECS executive Sterling Becklin named Chairman of the Board

This milestone marks a pivotal step in the Company's continued evolution and commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term value creation.

The new directors are: Sterling Becklin, President of ECS Composites and Chairman of the Board of Becklin Holdings; Walter McLallen, Chairman of Tomahawk Strategic Solutions; Brent Phillips, CEO of SOFLETE HQ; and Scott Humphries, CEO of Anchor Risk Group and current Lead Instructor at the Nail Spring Ranch. These individuals will play a vital role in guiding ECS through its next phase of growth, while reinforcing corporate governance and strategic decision-making.

Mr. Becklin, the grandson of ECS founder Donald Morris Becklin and a third-generation leader at the Company, has a lifelong connection to ECS and a deep understanding of its operations, culture, and values. From doing homework at the Company conference table to working part-time during his school years, he learned the business firsthand under the guidance of his father, Dennis Mowbray Becklin, a seasoned CEO and skilled packaging engineer. After quickly gaining leadership experience as a captain in the commercial fishing industry, he returned to ECS to work across all areas of the business before being named President in 2008. His recent appointment as Chairman (Becklin Holdings) reflects both his dedication and strategic vision for the Company's future.
