
Benchmark Association Services Appoints Rhonda Riley as Assistant Vice President of CAM Division
Rhonda Riley brings years of customer service and integrity to Benchmark Association Services

Benchmark Association Services, an Associa Company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is pleased to announce Rhonda Riley as Assistant Vice President of CAM Division. As Assistant Vice President of Development, Ms. Riley, will lead the management team, overseeing community management operations, customer service and client relations.
Rhonda Riley brings years of customer service and integrity to Benchmark Association Services and has been in the Community Association industry for more than six years. Ms. Riley began her career as an Executive Administrative Assistant, obtained her Nevada Community Manager Certificate, and then managed a portfolio of properties that included large scale communities. Ms. Riley previously worked with adults and children and diversified communities with The Girl Scout Council of Orange County. Prior experience included eight years in the Escrow/Real Estate field providing excellent customer service to lenders, title companies, buyers and sellers.
Ms. Riley was the recipient of the Community Associations Institute Nevada Chapter 2008 Provisional Manager of the Year, and has been awarded the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation (CMCA®), and the Association Management Specialist (AMS™) designation from the Community Associations Institute. She is currently taking classes towards her Professional Community Association Manager designation (PCAM®).
