Perlman brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale healthcare operations. Prior to joining BeneCard PBF, he held leadership positions at Optum, where he oversaw payer and pharmacy benefit management-aligned operations spanning claims administration, customer service, enrollment, provider operations, and enterprise growth initiatives. Throughout his career, he has designed scalable operating models and driven modernization efforts across Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, and self-funded healthcare markets.
