Benjamin Lyons to Join Greenhill as a Managing Director Focused on the Chemicals Sector

NEW YORK, May 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Ben Lyons will join the Firm as a Managing Director based in New York and focused on the chemicals sector.

Mr. Lyons has approximately 15 years of investment banking experience within the industrials sector, with a specialization in the chemicals industry. He most recently served as a Managing Director for RBC Capital Markets in their Global Industrials Group. Prior to joining RBC, Ben was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he began his banking career in 2001.
