PITTSBURGH, June 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty, announced that it has acquired T&R Real Estate Services, one of the largest residential and commercial property management services in the region. The acquisition includes the entire Murrysville-based operation and its employees and licensed agents, including the broker/owner Susan Reese-Hartzell who will focus on commercial business, and Carl Trexler who will focus on managing the company's large portfolio of condominium and homeowners' associations. The acquisition is effectively immediately. Terms were not disclosed.
