(OTC Bulletin Board: BEYS) announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will be available on the Securities and Exchange Commission website at www.sec.gov.

The Company had previously announced its results for the year ended 12/31/09 in a press release dated April 19, 2010.
