SEATTLE, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Best In Class Education Center (http://bestinclasseducation.com), an after-school tutoring center in the education industry since 1995, announced today that it is now implementing and offering franchises, beginning with expansion in Washington, Oregon, California and Texas, and then proceeding nationwide.  The franchisor, which is based in Seattle, Washington and operates under the name Best In Class Education Center, LLC, will award franchises for learning centers that provide education services.
