Mahi Mahi Fillets

• 2 Tbsp. White pepper
• 3 tbsp. Garlic salt
• 2 cups Crushed Better Made Chips
• 2 tbsp. Dried Thyme

Dampen fish in plastic zip lock bag add all ingredients coat fish and deep fry until golden brown (you can use any type of fish)
