Mahi Mahi Fillets
- 2 Tbsp. White pepper
- 3 tbsp. Garlic salt
- 2 cups Crushed Better Made Chips
- 2 tbsp. Dried Thyme
Dampen fish in plastic zip lock bag add all ingredients coat fish and deep fry until golden brown (you can use any type of fish)
