Focusing initially in the Northeast from Washington, DC through Maine, Between Rounds is seeking franchise candidates who wish to develop between 3 and 10 locations all supported by a production commissary where each franchisee will produce their own bagels.

Started in 1990 as a local bagel shop modeled after a family-owned bagel store in Hoboken, New Jersey, Between Rounds has evolved into a combination bakery cafe and local bagel store and quickly became a local favorite in the communities outside Hartford, Connecticut. The company currently has 3 locations in Central Connecticut, as well as a bagel production commissary where they produce frozen raw dough, and thaw and serve bagels for sale in their own stores as well as distribution to numerous other bulk purchasers of bagels.
