Beverly Hills Group Granted Order on Ex Parte Application

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Dec. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 14, 2015, the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Diego, granted in total, without modification or revision, the Order on Ex Parte Application for Temporary Restraining Order and Order to Show Cause filed by Beverly Hills Group, Inc. (OTCPK: BHGI) and a shareholder against defendant Ahmad Arfaania, an individual, and defendant N.A. Fam LLC, a California Limited Liability Corporation.

The Court has temporarily restrained and enjoined and further ordered defendant Ahmad Arfaania and/or defendant N.A. Fam LLC in the following manner:

1. From engaging in, from taking any further action in privately or publically, or any combination thereof, selling, trading, naked shorting, shorting, transferring or encumbering, in any way or manner, stock in plaintiff Beverly Hills Group, Inc.;
2. From Privately or publically, or any combination thereof, selling, trading, naked shorting, shorting, transferring or encumbering, in any way or manner, stock in plaintiff Beverly Hills Group, Inc.;
3. Defendant Ahmad Arfaania, shall, within three (3) calendar days and under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, identify by name (to include each and every name listed on each said account and each name that is authorized to trade on each account), address and account number of any and all brokerage accounts in which defendants, their agents, employees, associates, affiliates and/or representatives, including any and all business entities and alter egos of defendant Ahmad Arfaania, hold plaintiff Beverly Hills Group, Inc. stock;
4. Defendants shall forthwith, and in no event later than three (3) calendar days, return to plaintiff Beverly Hills Group, Inc. stock certificate number 1598, representing 600,000 common shares for reissuance with a lockup notation;
5. Defendant Ahmad Arfaania, and his alter egos, are enjoined and restrained from filing any action against plaintiffs or their agents, employees, associates, affiliates and/or representatives in any other Court;
6. Defendants are restrained and enjoined from posting, encouraging, even through third parties, any public defamation, slander or libel against the plaintiffs, their agents, employees, associates, affiliates and/or representatives.
7. This Order shall remain in full force and effect until the next hearing date, or any continuance or extension of that date.
